PURCHASE AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS

 

1. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT

These General Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all items of Ruby Abalorios SL through its website, to consumers who can be delivered orders in Europe (euro zone only). Ruby Abalorios SL informs that its website is exclusively addressed to a public over 18 years of age. Ruby Abalorios SL reserves the right to cancel a user's access account if fraudulent, speculative or bad faith acts are detected in the use of this service.

 

2. PRICE

The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices are detailed in each article and include VAT (Value Added Tax). The amount of shipping costs is indicated to the customer in a disaggregated manner at the time the order is placed.

 

3. PAYMENT

Payment will be made upon completion of the purchase process. You can make the payment with cash on delivery or transfer or payment in store at the time of picking up the order. Supported means of payment: Purchases can be paid with a Visa®,Mastercard® or American Express® credit card, as well as with a 4B or 4B Maestro debit card (which implies an automatic charge) and PayPal System. In any case, the choice of means of payment is made during the purchase process in the corresponding screen.

 

4. DELIVERY

The delivery period will be a maximum of 15 calendar days from the completion of the purchase. The delivery of orders will be made at the address indicated by the customer, taking into account the following characteristics:

The client must pay the transport costs, which is according to the weight of the shipment. In the event that the shipment requires customs expenses generated by the order, this will also correspond to the customer to pay them. These expenses are paid at the time the order is received and in no case will they be included in the price paid for the products. The address indicated by the customer may be a private address, a workplace, or any other address indicated. The billing address and shipping address do not need to match.

 

5.1 STORE COLLECTION (MANISES ONLY)

The customer can pick up their order at the store   of Manises in Avda. De la Cova Nº35, 46940 Valencia will be sent an e-mail to inform you that the order is available to pick it up. The client will have a maximum period of 15 days, from when his order is available, to pick it up. In case that said period has elapsed, the order has not been delivered to the customer, for reasons not attributable to our Company, we will understand that it decides to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it resolved. Consequently, we will refund the payments made without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed since the date on which we considered the contract terminated. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid.

 

5.2 INCIDENTS IN DELIVERY

In case of not being able to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and try to contact by telephone with the recipient. After two unsuccessful attempts, the client must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.

 

6. CHANGES, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL

There are different procedures for carrying out changes, returns and withdrawals and then we will describe the characteristics of each of them, as well as their conditions.

 

a) Change: change is considered the substitution for the same product in another color and or measurement.

b) Refund: originated due to a defect or reception of a wrong product.

c) Withdrawal: originated by the client's decision.

6.1 ORDERS DELIVERED IN SPAIN (PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS)

- Conditions: the change process must be done within 30 calendar days after the order is received.

 

- Cost:   The client must pay the transportation costs.

 

- Process:

     - In physical store: present the original ticket you received with your order and the product to change.

     - In online store: contact our Customer Service by calling 96 152 13 38 or email rubyabalorios@hotmail.es and we will pick up the product / s to the delivery address that you would indicate if the customer as well he wants it.

 

RETURNS (for tare, defect or receipt of a wrong product) made in physical store and online store

 

- Conditions: the return process must be done within the term established in point 8 of these General Conditions.

 

- Cost: the returns have no cost to the customer. Ruby Abalorios SL will reimburse the corresponding amount (including the shipping costs of the initial delivery) without undue delay and, in any case, before 15 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it was informed of the return. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid. However, we can withhold reimbursement until you have received the goods, or until you have submitted a proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

 

- Process:

     - In physical store: present the original ticket you received with your order and the product to be returned.

     - In online store: contact our Customer Service by calling 96 152 13 38 we will pick up the product / s to the delivery address you indicate.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL made in physical store and online store

 

- Conditions: you have the right to withdraw from the contract without justification, within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

 

- Cost: Both in physical store and online store has no cost to the customer. Ruby Abalorios SL will reimburse the corresponding amount (including shipping costs of the entregainicial ) without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it was informed of the decision of withdrawal. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid. However, we can withhold reimbursement until you have received the goods, or until you have submitted a proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

 

- Process:

     - In physical store: present the original ticket you received with your order and the product / s desist.

     - In online store: contact our Customer Service, by calling 96 152 13 38 we will pick up the product / s to the delivery address you indicate

- Conditions: you have the right to withdraw from the contract without justification, within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

 

- Cost:

     - In physical store: there is no cost for the customer. Ruby Abalorios SL will reimburse the corresponding amount (including the shipping costs of the initial delivery, although excluding the customs expenses) without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have passed since the date on which it was informed. of the decision of withdrawal.

     - In online store: the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the products to be returned, as well as the corresponding customs expenses. Ruby Abalorios SL will reimburse the corresponding amount (including the shipping costs of the initial delivery, although excluding the customs expenses) without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have passed since the date on which it was informed. of the decision of withdrawal.

7. AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS

If there are incidents in terms of supply or if there are no products in stock, the customer will be informed immediately and the amount of the product or products without stock will be reimbursed. Ruby Abalorios SL will reimburse the corresponding amount without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid.

These General Purchase Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation. The parties submit, at their discretion, for the resolution of conflicts and renouncing any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the client's domicile.
